This 4’ x 4’ Par-Kut PRSIDENTIAL Series guard shelter, also known as guard booth was custom designed and manufactured for an apartment complex on West 168th Street in New York City. Adjacent to the campus of Columbia University, and purpose built for enhancing security for the residents, this nice looking pre-fab guard booth has tinted glass, a peaked standing seam roof, insulated walls and roof, a hinged door, HVAC, lighting and outlets.
