The facility manager for Untermyer Park and Gardens along the Hudson River in Yonkers, New York wanted a new security booth that needed to have some architectural detailing to blend in with their beautiful and historic grounds and buildings. A 6’ x 6’ Par-Kut PRESIDENTIAL Series security booth was specified, purchased and installed. The factory assembled guard house includes sliding windows to provide information to park guests, welded steel construction for long lasting value and climate control for an efficient office space for the security officers on duty.
